Please tell us about your overall purchase experience and finance experience with Sudbay Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram

I actually wasn’t in the market for a new-to-me Jeep Wrangler. I was curious about the trade in value of my 2013 Wrangler versus some major maintenance and repairs that were needed for a vehicle with 130K+ plus miles. We had discussion and she had an appraisal arranged. Meanwhile, she showed me their pre-owned Wranglers. They had a very low mileage 2019 Wrangler Rubicon with all the features that wanted, especially the one-touch automatic retractable roof. She offered me the opportunity to take a solo test drive, and I did. When I retuned, the appraisal was complete on my 2013 and….. it was very generous! The trade-in plus the reasonable price for the 2019 helped make up my mind to go for the new purchase. Not one regret at all! Very happy and satisfied with the whole experience. Andrea even followed up with me three months later to see how the Wrangler was doing!
